What we collect
When you request a trace, we collect what you put in the form: your name, email, phone number, location, a description of what happened, and any transaction IDs, wallet addresses, and amounts you give us. Our hosting and form providers may also log basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type.
How we use it
We use your information to prepare your trace, to contact you about it, and to deliver your report. We may share trace findings with law enforcement or regulators when you ask us to, or when the law requires it.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information. We never ask for your seed phrase, private keys, passwords, or remote access to your devices, and you should never send them to us or anyone else.
Service providers
Form submissions are processed by a third-party form service and delivered to us by email. Those providers handle your data under their own privacy terms.
Your choices
To ask us to update or delete your information, email info@cryptolossclinic.com.
